摘　　要：目的评价多排螺旋CT(MDCT)在胃癌术前诊断与分期中的价值。方法选取术前进行过MDCT检查且经手术病理证实的胃癌患者43例,对比影像学诊断结果与病理结果。结果MDCT针对胃癌T分期具有72.09%的准确性,一致性中等;针对N分期存在83.72%的准确性,一致性良好;对M分期的准确率为93.02%,一致性极强。结论MDCT于胃癌诊断以及术前分期过程内具有很高的准确性,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MDCT) in preoperative diagnosis and staging of gastric cancer. Methods 43 patients with gastric cancer who had been examined by MDCT preoperative and confirmed by operation and pathology were selected as the study subjects. The imaging diagnosis results were compared with the pathological results. Results For gastric cancer T staging, MDCT has 72.09% accuracy, consistency belongs to the middle level;for N staging there is 83.72% accuracy, good consistency;for M staging accuracy is 93.02%, consistency is very strong. Conclusion MDCT is highly accurate in the diagnosis and preoperative staging of gastric cancer. It has high value in clinical application.
