摘 要:针对气液分层流流量在线测量问题,对V锥节流装置内的气液分层流流动特性及其对测量的影响进行数值模拟。研究锥尾尾涡的形成、变化及对流动的影响,结合气液两相流流经V锥的相分布特性,揭示流动特性对差压测量的影响规律。结果表明:V锥锥尾下游形成大尺度的尾流漩涡;分层流来流条件下,尾涡呈现上部大下部小的不对称分布形态,随着表观液速增大,尾涡下游端点向管道下部倾斜越明显;锥尾取压口附近的流动较为稳定,且锥尾取压孔附近液相含量极低,使得低压取压环境较为稳定,进而有利于差压测量。To online measure the flow rate of the stratified gas-liquid flow,the characteristics of gas-liquid stratified flow in the V-cone throttle device were numerically simulated.The effects of flow on the measurement of differential pressure were also analyzed.The formation,evolution of the vortex behind the V-cone and its influence on the flow were investigated.In combination with the gas and liquid distribution upstream and downstream of the V-cone,the effects of the gas-liquid stratified flow on the measurement of pressure difference were discussed.The results show that a large scale vortex was formed behind the V-cone.Moreover,the vortex was asymmetry in the upper and lower part of the pipe,in which the vortex length in the upper part of the pipe is bigger than that in the lower part.The end of the vortex tends to incline to the lower part of the pipe with the increase of the superficial liquid velocity.The gas and liquid distribution downstream of the V-cone demonstrates that little liquid is entrained into the vortex and no liquid appeared around the low pressure tapping,which makes a more stable differential pressure feasible and is beneficial to the measurement of the differential pressure.
