CK2β、CDK6和TNFAIP8在卵巢癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究蛋白激酶CK2β、周期蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶6(CDK6)和肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8(TNFAIP8)在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其表达和卵巢癌临床病理参数的关系。方法卵巢癌患者90例,采用免疫组化法检测CK2β、CDK6和TNFAIP8在卵巢癌组织中的表达,分析其表达与临床参数的相关性。结果临床病理因素的分析结果显示,CK2β蛋白表达与卵巢癌临床分期、组织分化程度及化疗敏感性显著相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CDK6蛋白表达与卵巢癌组织临床参数无明显相关性(P>0.05)。TNFAIP8的表达与卵巢癌的组织分化程度显著相关(P<0.05),而与患者FIGO分期及化疗敏感性无相关性(P>0.05)。卵巢癌组织中三者相关性分析显示,CDK6与CK2β和TNFAIP8表达均无相关性(r值分别为0.116和0.171,P>0.05)。CK2β与TNFAIP8表达呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.05)。结论CK2β蛋白表达可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有密切关系,CDK6作为不利因素促进早期卵巢癌的发生,TNFAIP8蛋白在卵巢癌组织中高表达并且与卵巢癌的分级显著相关。Objective To investigate the expression of protein kinase CK2β,cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha inducible protein 8 (TNFAIP8) in ovarian cancer tissues,and to analyze the correlation between their expressions and clinicopathological parameters of ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 90 patients with ovarian cancer were enrolled in the study.The expression levels of CK2 beta,CDK6 and TNFAIP8 in ovarian cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method,and the correlation between the expressions and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results The clinicopathological analysis showed that the expression of CK2 beta protein was significantly correlated with clinical stage,histological differentiation degree and chemosensitivity ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between the expression of CDK6 protein and the clinical parameters of ovarian cancer ( P >0.05).The expression of TNFAIP8 was significantly correlated with the tissue differentiation degree of ovarian cancer ( P <0.05),however,which was not related to FIGO stage and chemosensitivity ( P >0.05). The correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between CDK6 expression and the expressions of CK2 beta and TNFAIP8 ( r =0.116, r =0.171,respectively, P >0.05).Moreover the expression of CK2 beta was positively correlated with that of TNFAIP8 ( r =0.575, P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of CK2 beta protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,and CDK6 as an adverse factor may promote the development of early ovarian cancer.Moreover NFAIP8 protein is highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissue and is significantly correlated with the grade of ovarian cancer.
