摘 要:探索利用高盐有机废水生产微生物絮凝剂的可行性,实验表明,菌H6在酸性条件下可利用高盐合成废水生长微生物絮凝剂,在36h时发酵液对高岭土的絮凝活性达到99.2%,但随发酵时间的延长,发酵液的絮凝能力下降.对照6%硫酸钠与6%氯化钠培养基条件下发酵情况,发现阴离子对菌产微生物絮凝剂的周期有影响.The feasibility of H6 filamentous bacteria to produce microbial flocculant from high-salt organic wastewater was explored.The experiment showed that bacterial H6 could produce flocculant from high-salt synthetic wastewater under acidic conditions,and could use high-salt synthetic wastewater to produce microbial flocculant.At 36 h,the flocculation activity of the fermentation liquid on kaolin reached 99.2% at the highest,but the flocculation ability of the fermentation liquid decreased with the extension of fermentation one space is missing with the fermentation of 6% sodium sulfate and 6% sodium chloride,it was found that anions had an effect on the cycle of microbial flocculant production.
