摘  要:民主主义高等教育管理哲学坚持在高等教育管理中,张扬民主主义价值。它主张办学主体的多元化,高校办学的自主化与个性化。公共权力要以个体高校为本,坚持高校权利标准;高校内部管理以教师为本,反对官本位,坚持教师权利标准。民主主义高等教育管理哲学遵循“势科学与信息动力学”的基本原理,告诉我们如何营造发展高等教育的强“势”,如何深化我国高等教育管理的改革。Democratic philosophy of higher education management insists that the values of democracy should be publicized in the management of higher education. It proposes that the main body of running school should be diversified, and the process of university education should be independent and personalized. The public power should take the individual university as the foundation, and the right of the university should be insisted as the standard;Interior management of the university should be based on the individual teachers, and the right of teachers should be insisted as the standard while opposing to the official standard. Democratic philosophy of higher education management follows the basic principles of “potential science and information dynamics”, tells us how to create the powerful potential to develop higher education, and instructs us how to carry out the deepening reform of Chinese higher education management.
