高校学生教育“科学管理”思维的人学反思

摘　　要：在现代社会的理性化思维影响下,高校学生教育管理工作也呈现“科学管理”倾向,对教育管理的对象缺乏必要的人学观照。马克思主义人学理论充分彰显工具理性思维背后的人的价值,成为落实高校学生教育管理、服务育人的必由路径。Influenced by rational thinking in modern society education management of college students shows a tendency of scientific management . There is no doubt that the object of educational management lacks the necessary humanology consideration. On the basis of Marxist theory of human fully demonstrating the value of people behind instrumental rational thinking has become a necessary path to implement the management of college students' education and serve education.
