摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划是一门实践性很强的课,尤其是“探索工作世界”部分,强调学生通过观察、体验来获得职业、职场的第一手资料。本文对“探索工作世界”部分的重要性、制约“探索工作世界”部分实践教学的因素、有效开展“探索工作世界”部分实践教学的方式三个方面进行了探讨,以期提高大学生职业生涯规划课尤其是“探索工作世界”部分教学的实操性和实效性。Career planning is a very practical course for college students, especially in the section "exploring the world of work", it emphasizes students' obtainment of first-hand information on careers and workplaces through observation and experience. This paper discusses the importance of "exploring the world of work", the factors that restrict the practical teaching of the section, and the effective implementation of practical teaching for the section, in order to improve the career planning of college students, especially the practicality and effectiveness of the teaching of "exploring the world of work".
