摘 要:随着信息技术、测序技术等技术的发展,医学生物样本大数据的获得,不可阻挡地催生了医学生物信息学的出现和发展。传统的“课堂-上机”教育方式不能满足信息时代对于本课程学习的需求,迫切需要进行改革。随着“互联网+”教育的发展,网络在线课程以其独具创新的方式引领着数字化学习的巨大变革。充分利用“互联网+”教育促进知识的学习与获取,是近期教学实践研究的重点。混合式教学是指将网络在线教学与传统课堂教学有机结合的一种“线上”+“线下”的教学模式。本文从混合式教学在医学生物信息学教学的运用意义出发,针对医学生的特点及知识需求,探讨利用网络公众学习平台建立移动课堂应用于医学生物信息课程教育的可行性。With the development of technologies such as information technology and sequencing technology, the acquisition of big data in medical biological samples has unstoppably promoted the emergence and development of medical bioinformatics. The traditional "class-computer" education method can not meet the needs of the information age for the study of this course, and a reform is urgently needed. With the development of "Internet+" education, online courses have led to tremendous changes in digital learning in its innovative way. Making full use of "Internet+" education to promote the learning and acquisition of knowledge is the focus of recent teaching practice research. Mixed teaching refers to an "online"+"offline" teaching mode that combines online teaching with traditional classroom teaching. Based on the application of mixed teaching in medical bioinformatics teaching, this paper explores the feasibility of using mobile public learning platform to establish mobile classrooms for medical bioinformatics education based on the characteristics and knowledge needs of medical students.
