从认知范畴化的角度浅析英语复合词汇的语义构建

摘　　要：英语复合词采用复合法构词,在英语词汇中占到很大的比重。英语复合词汇的学习作为英语词汇学习中的重要方面,对英语整体水平的提高很有帮助。笔者从认知语言学的角度,分析英语复合词汇的范畴化来阐释英语复合词汇的语义构建和以此产生的英语复合词新的层级范畴。English compound words are formed through compounding, accounting for a large proportion in English vocabulary. The learning of English compound vocabulary as an important aspect of English vocabulary learning is very helpful for the improvement of the overall level of English. From the perspective of cognitive linguistics, the writer analyzes the categorization of English compound vocabulary to expound the semantic construction of English compound vocabulary and the new hierarchical category of English compound words.
