热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年3月1日-2016年12月31日收治的84例老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例,对照组采用冷牙胶侧方加压根管充填治疗,治疗组采用热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组根管充填时间、再次感染发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组根管充填治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者采用热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗,不仅能有效缩短根管填充治疗时间和提高其治疗效果,还能降低其再次感染发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of root canal filling with hot gum vertical compression on senile patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Method:A total of 84 elderly patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis admitted in our hospital from March 1st,2015 to December 31st,2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cold gum lateral compression root canal filling and the treatment group with hot gum vertical compression root canal filling. Result:The time of root canal filling and the incidence of re-infection in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of tube filling therapy was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis,the treatment of root canal filling with hot gum vertical compression can not only shorten the time of root canal filling and improve the therapeutic effect,but also reduce the incidence of re-infection.
