摘  要:以某电解锰企业的锰渣为研究对象,采用优化的连续化学提取法(SCE)分析了锰渣中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn的形态分布情况,以改进的TCLP法研究重金属浸出的主要影响因素。结果表明,除铅以外,锰渣中5种重金属水溶态、弱酸态和还原态总和均在60%以上,在适宜的条件下容易浸出,尤其在酸性环境下浸出率随酸性的增强逐渐升高;在pH=2.88的醋酸中浸出48h,液固比大于80,浸出温度保持45~50℃时,重金属的浸出率较大;振荡方式对重金属浸出率的影响因重金属性质的差异而有所不同。Optimized Continuous Chemical Extraction(SCE)was applied to analyze speciation characteristic of As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn in electrolytic manganese residue(EMR)applying EMR as research object.The improved toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP)method was applied to analyze main influencing factors on heavy metals leaching.The results show that except for Pb,sum of water-soluble,weak acid soluble and reducible of other five heavy metals is more than 60%.Under suitable conditions,heavy metals are easy to leach,especially leaching rate rises with increase of acidity under acidic conditions.Leaching rates of heavy metals are high under the conditions including leaching agent of acetic acid with pH=2.88,extraction time of 48 h,ratio of liquid to solid of 80 above,and leaching temperature of 45~50℃.Influence of oscillation mode on leaching rate of heavy metal varies with properties of heavy metals.
