摘　　要：目的基于口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)和口腔疣状癌(OVC)的临床病理特征不同,比较血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)和血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在OSCC和OVC中的表达。方法 收集南昌大学附属口腔医院2005—2013年经手术切除并经病理诊断为口腔疣状癌26例(OVC组)、口腔鳞状细胞癌21例(OSCC组)组织标本以及6例正常口腔黏膜(对照组)组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测VEGF-A和VEGF-C在3组组织标本中的表达情况并进行比较。结果 OSCC组VEGF-A、VEGF-C表达阳性率均明显高于OVC组及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔鳞状细胞癌中VEGF-A、VEGF-C的表达明显高于口腔疣状癌,可能是导致两者临床生物学行为特征不同的因素之一。Objective To compare the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A)and vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and oral verrucous carcinoma(OVC)based on the different clinical pathological features of OSCC and OVC.Methods Twenty-six OVC specimens and 21 OSCC specimens excised by surgery and confirmed by pathology in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University between 2005 and 2013 were collected in this study.In addition,6 normal oral mucosal specimens were selected as the control.The expression of VEGF-A and VEGF-C was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of VEGF-A and VEGF-C expression in OSCC were significantly higher than those in OVC and normal oral mucosal tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of VEGF-A and VEGF-C in OSCC is remarkedly higher than that in OVC,suggesting that the differential expression of VEGF-A and VEGF-C may be one of the factors leading to the different clinical biological characteristics between OSCC and OVC.
