摘 要:针对压气机试验系统中影响效率参数测量的主要因素,开展了出口热电偶反串测温和前置齿轮箱机械损失标定试验,验证了热电偶反串测温方法应用于压气机低压比小温升工况效率测量的有效性,获取了齿轮箱机械损失改进修正系数随转速的变化规律。试验结果表明:小温升工况下,压气机温升效率对出口总温测量误差的变化非常敏感。与常规测温方法相比,热电偶反串测温方法实现了压气机温升的直接测量,在低压比小温升工况效率参数测量上具有明显优势。齿轮箱机械损失对于压气机扭矩效率测量具有显著影响,中低转速时简化修正系数会导致安装齿轮箱后的压气机扭矩效率测量结果偏高,采用改进修正系数可以提高压气机扭矩效率测量的准确性。Aiming at the main factors that affect the measurement accuracy of efficiency parameter in the axial compressor experimental system, the experiments for measuring compressor outlet total temperature by inversed connection of thermocouples and calibrating the mechanical loss of the front gearbox were con. ducted. The availability of efficiency measurement by the method with inversed connection of thermocou. ples was verified at low pressure ratio with small temperature rise condition, and the relationship between the improved corrected coefficient of gearbox mechanical loss and the rotating speed was also obtained. The experimental results show that the temperature rise efficiency of compressor is quite sensitive to the variety of measurement error of outlet total temperature at small temperature rise condition. Compared to the con. ventional measuring total temperature method, the method with inversed connection of thermocouples direct. ly measures the temperature rise of compressor and has an obvious advantage at efficiency measurement at low pressure ratio with small temperature rise condition. The mechanical loss of the front gearbox has an im. portant effect on the compressor torque efficiency measurement. At medium and low rotating speed condi. tions, the measured results of the compressor torque efficiency using the simplified corrected coefficient will be relatively higher, but the measured accuracy of the compressor torque efficiency using the improved cor. rected coefficient will be increased.
