摘　　要：成人高校思想政治教育工作是成人高等教育的重中之重,新时期需要各成人高校尽快探索一系列有效新途径,即从构建“大思政”格局入手,继续完善成人教育育人体系,创新新时期成人思想政治教育工作方法三个方面努力。ideological and political education in the adult universities is the top priority of higher education for adults.In the new period of time adult universities should explore some effective approaches as soon as possible.Proceeding from constructing the structure of grand ideological and political education,continuing improvement of adult education system and innovating approaches to ideological and political education for adults in the new era should be three aspects the adult universities focus on.
