摘　　要：面对数字时代融媒体带来的机遇和挑战,如何加强主流意识形态导向和营造清朗的网络空间,加强新媒体编辑的职业素养显得尤为重要。立足当下的数字时代融媒体环境,新媒体编辑应具备政治素养、人文素养、专业素养、媒介素养、技术素养和其他素养,这些素养对于推进数字时代编辑队伍建设具有积极意义。With the opportunity and challenge brought by integrated media in digital age, it is important to figure out how to reinforce the main ideology orientation and establish a bright internet, especially how to enhance the professionalism of editors of new media. Based on integrated media environment in digital age, the present study elaborates on the political, cultural, professional, media, technological and other literacies of the new media editor. These literacies bear great significance for advancing the construction of editor team in the digital age.
