摘 要:供应链发生中断之后的恢复计划制定对企业运作至关重要。针对三级供应链的生产中断恢复问题,从加快供应链恢复进程和减少恢复成本两个角度,对已有的生产中断恢复模型的不足进行了分析与优化。在工厂中断发生初始,运用一系列的三角模糊数及相关概率评估中断持续时间,以中断阶段与恢复阶段的成本之和作为优化目标,构建了生产中断恢复模型,提出了启发式算法,该模型在一定程度上减少了供应链恢复时间和成本。结果表明,生产中断发生越晚、中断持续时间越长,对企业造成的影响越大。The recovery plan after the occurrence of the supply chain disruption was important in the operation of enterprises. Therefore, the problem of production disruption recovery in the three-tier supply chain was analyzed from two perspectives. Accelerating the recovery process of supply chain and reducing the recovery cost were considered. The shortcomings of the recovery model for the existing three-stage supply chain of production disruption were also discussed. At first,the disruption duration was evaluated at the beginning of the disruption of plants. To deal with the uncertainty of the production disruption time,a series of triangular fuzzy numbers and related probabilities was used to represent and calculate it, which was important to make full use of the spare capacity of other normal operation factories in the disruption stage. Then, the cost for recovery stage was replaced by the cost for disruption stage and recovery stage as the optimization goal. A recovery model was constructed, and a heuristic algorithm was also proposed. The research result shows that the later the production disruption occurs and the longer the disruption duration lasts, the greater the impact will be on the enterprise. By comparing with the previous models, the model reduces the recovery time and cost for supply chain.
