摘 要:本文介绍了射波刀治疗中的常见错误,分析了错误原因并提出了有效的解决办法,指出在治疗计划制定和执行过程中合理的CT中心位置、感兴趣区域大小和曝光参数等对于减少机器报错,提高射波刀的治疗精度和效率十分重要。同时,软件重置、计算机重启和机器断电重启是解决射波刀常见故障的有效手段。此外,定期的机器校准也能降低机器的错误率。In this paper,the common mistakes in cyberknife therapy were introduced,the causes of the mistakes were analyzed and the effective solutions were put forward.It was pointed out that reasonable CT center location,area of interest and exposure parameters were very important to reduce machine error reporting and improve the treatment accuracy and efficiency of cyberknife.At the same time,software reset,computer restart and machine power restart are effective means to solve common problems of cyberknife.In addition,regular machine calibration can also reduce the error rate of the machine.
