益气活血清热化湿方联合西药标准三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血清热化湿方联合西药标准三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月-2016年2月进行治疗的消化性溃疡患者286例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组143例。其中对照组采用传统西药标准三联治疗方案,研究组采用益气活血清热化湿方联合西药标准三联疗法治疗。观察两种治疗方案的治疗效果及对患者病灶部位幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的清除(即阴性率)情况和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组和对照组治疗后有效率分别为88.11%和84.62%,研究组高于对照组,但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组和对照组的阴性率分别为76.22%和65.03%,研究组高于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论益气活血清热化湿方联合西药标准三联疗法对于消化性溃疡疗效显著,能有效根除Hp,降低疾病的复发,对于耐药性较强的患者也具备更好的疗效,值得在临床上进行推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects on peptic ulcer treated with yiqi huoxue qingre huashi formula(for benefiting qi,activating blood circulation,clearing heat and resolving damp)and the triple therapy with western medication.Methods From March 2015 to February 2016,286 patients with peptic ulcer were collected and randomized into a treatment group and a control group,143 cases in each one.In the control group,the triple therapy with western medication was used.In the treatment group,the combined treatments with yiqi huoxue qingre huashi formula and the triple therapy with western medication were adopted.The therapeutic effects,clearance rate of Hp and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The effective rates were 88.11%and 84.62%in the treatment group and control group successively.The result in the treatment group was higher than the control group,but without statistical significance(P>0.05).The clearance rates were 76.22%and 65.05%in the treatment group and control group successively,and the result in the treatment group was higher thant he control group,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).During treatment,no obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion The yiqi huoxue qingre huashi combined with the triple therapy with western medication achieves the better effects on peptic ulcer.Such combined treatment removes Hp and reduces the recurrence more effectively compared with the traditional regimen.It is especially effective for the patients with strong drug tolerance.Hence,it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
