复合式与单纯小梁切除术在青光眼治疗中的对比

摘　　要：目的比较研究复合式小梁切除术和单纯小梁切除术分别应用在青光眼患者治疗中的临床效果。方法文章资料是2015年3月—2018年4月医院眼科予以手术治疗的60例青光眼患者(60只患眼),按照抽签法分组,每组收入30例,试验组采取复合式小梁切除术,对照组采取单纯小梁切除术,评估及分析两组指标。结果试验组浅前房总计率、术后眼压测定值较对照组相关计算值更低,试验组眼压完全控制总计率较对照组相关计算值更高,P<0.05,表明组间数值差异有统计学意义。结论对青光眼患者采取复合式小梁切除术治疗的效果比对单纯小梁切除术更优。Objective To compare and study the clinical effects of compound trabeculectomy and simple trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods 60 glaucoma patients (60 eyes) who underwent surgery in the ophthalmology department of the hospital from March 2015 to April 2018 were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots. Each group has 30 cases. The experimental group was received compound trabeculectomy, while the control group was received simple trabeculectomy. The indexes of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results The total rate of shallow anterior chamber and intraocular pressure after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The total rate of complete intraocular pressure control in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05, indicating that there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy is more effective than simple trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma.
