摘　　要：以马克思主义理论和习近平新发展理念为指导,通过分析传统节俭思想的内涵和存在的局限性,揭示了美好生活需要对传统节俭思想的继承和转化;从马克思关于人类生活的三种构成出发,指出“美好生活”如何实现对传统节俭思想的超越,即以绿色生活方式为导向的“肉体生活”,以实现生态需要、劳动需要和共同富裕为目标的“生产生活”,以日常生活审美化和审美生活日常化为核心的“精神生活”。With the guidance of Marxism theory and Xi Jin-ping’s new development concept, it reveals that the thought of Better Life need to inherit and transform the traditional frugal thought through the analysis of the connotation and limitations of traditional frugal thought. Based on Marx’s three constitutions of human life, it points out how Better Life can transcend the traditional frugal thought, namely The “physical life” guided by the green lifestyle, the “production life” aiming at realizing ecological needs, labor needs and common prosperity, and the “spiritual life” centering on the aesthetic of daily life and the aesthetic life every day.
