摘 要:鉴于“互联网+”为产品服务供应链(PSSC)带来的创新性变革,建立了“互联网+”PSSC的价值创造框架体系,并且以此为基础构建了“互联网+”PSSC的价值创造过程图,进一步从顾客层面、供应链层面、产业链层面分别提出“互联网+”PSSC价值创造的三个途径,即顾客需求导向差异化、供应链流程协同及优化、产业融合与集群发展。紧接着,提出了“互联网+”PSSC的实现路径,旨在为“互联网+”环境下制造业与服务业的融合发展以及PSSC能够实现价值创造提供有力指导。最后,结合不同行业背景的应用实例予以说明与分析,为“互联网+”环境下传统行业转型提供参考与借鉴。As an innovative revolution on product service supply chain (PSSC) brought by “Internet+”, the frame of value creation for “Internet+” PSSC is established in this paper, based on which, the value creation process figure of “Internet+” PSSC is constructed. To realize the purpose of PSSC value creation from “Internet+”, three methods, namely, customer demand orientation differentiation, coordination and optimization of supply chain process, industrial integration and cluster development are proposed from the perspectives of customer, supply chain and industrial chain, respectively. Meanwhile, the implementation path of “Internet+” PSSC is proposed, which provides sufficient guidance for integrative development between manufacturing and services under the environment of “Internet+” and PSSC value creation realization. Finally, combined with three application cases under other industry to explain and analyze, the analysis provides reference for traditional industries transformation under “Internet+” environment.
