摘  要:雌激素是一类广泛存在于环境中的类固醇类化学物,不仅直接影响到人类和动物的繁殖与代谢,而且在进入机体后,可干扰体内正常分泌物的合成、释放、运转、代谢及结合,极低浓度的雌激素就可能对动物和人类的生殖系统、神经系统和免疫系统造成严重伤害。研究显示牛奶产品及生活用水与工业水源中都广泛存在着雌激素活性物质,文章着重概述了转基因生物反应器检测方法的研究进展与应用,以及高效液相色谱、气相色谱和其他检测方法在雌激素检测方面的发展应用。Estrogen are a class of steroid chemicals that are widely found in the environment, which not only impacts the reproduction and metabolism of human and animals directly,but interferes with the synthesis, release, operation, metabolism, and combination of normal secretions after entering the body. Moreover,estrogen may cause serious damage to the reproductive and nervous system and immune system of animals and humans with low concentration. Studies have shown that estrogen active substances are widely found in milk products, domestic water and industrial water sources. The review focused on the research progress and application of genetically modified organism bioreactor detection methods, as well as the development and application of high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and other detection methods in estrogen detection.
