摘 要:动作发展是儿童早期发展的重要领域,与个体的认知、语言、情绪情感和社会性发展密切相关。智力障碍儿童通常伴有不同程度的动作发展问题,阻碍了其健康发展。科学地评估智力障碍儿童的动作发展水平是提高干预有效性的必要前提。布尼氏动作熟练度测试(BOT-2)是目前国际上广泛应用于智力障碍儿童动作发展的评估工具之一。采用文献分析法对BOT-2的产生及发展、测试体系、信效度及应用现状进行系统梳理,研究认为,BOT-2是一种信效度较高的评估工具,由4个测试领域的8项分测试组成,具有评估范围广、评估指标细和评估标准严的特点,主要用于评估智力障碍儿童的动作发展水平、检验干预效果。通过对BOT-2的解读,结合我国国情,在理念、思路和方法上提出对构建我国智力障碍儿童动作发展评价体系的启示:以时代需求为导向,走与国际化接轨之路;以精准康复为导向,构建动作发展评价体系;以健康促进为导向,发挥大数据信息整合作用。Motor development is a crucial field of the early childhood development, which is closely related to individual cognition, language, emotion and social development. Children with intellectual disability are often accompanied by varying degrees of motor development problems that hinder their overall development. It is necessary to scientifically assess the motor development level of children with intellectual disability to improve the effectiveness of intervention. Bruininks- Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency-Second Edition (BOT-2) is one of the assessment tools widely used in the area of motor development among children with intellectual disability. By using literature review, this stduy systemizes development, construe, reliability and validity, and implication status, the result shows that BOT-2 is an assessment tool with high reliability and validity, which consists of 8 subtests in four composites and has the characteristics of wide assessing scope, aplenty assessing tests and strict assessing standards, and mainly used to assess the level of motor development and to examine the effect of the intervention. Through the interpretation of the BOT- 2, combined of China’s national conditions, this study shows some enlightenments in the following aspects for the construction of the assessing system of motor development among children with intellectual disabilities in the terms of ideas, thoughts and methods: taking the road that connecting the internationalization by the guidance of the demands of the time, constructing the assessing system of motor development based on the precise rehabilitation policy, playing the role of the big date in information integration by the orientation of the health promotion.
