摘　　要：目的分析色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)及炎症相关因子在急性葡萄膜炎患者外周血表达情况,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法选取2014年1月~2018年1月在北京市健宫医院门诊或住院治疗的各类急性葡萄膜炎患者90例为观察组,另选取同期白内障患者70例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA法)分析两组首诊当日及治疗1个月后PEDF、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及白细胞介素相关细胞因子水平的变化。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者PEDF及其受体明显降低,而VEGF及其受体、白细胞介素IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及IL-12水平明显升高(P<0.05),经治疗1个月后观察组PEDF及VEGF水平得到显著的改善(P<0.05);急性葡萄膜炎患者外周血中PEDF、VEGF和白细胞介素IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及IL-12等炎症因子水平与急性葡萄膜炎有明显的相关性(相关系数r分别为-0.398、0.402、0.347、0.305、0.347和0.312,P<0.05)。结论外周血中PEDF、VEGF和白细胞介素IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及IL-12与急性葡萄膜炎病情进展有显著的相关性。Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the expression of PEDF and inflammation-related factors in peripheral blood of patients with acute uveitis. Methods All kinds of patients with acute uveitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were studied(observation group,n=90). The cataract patients in the same period in our hospital were taken as the control group(n=70). Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to analyze the changes of PEDF,VEGF and interleukin levels in peripheral blood of each group on the first day of diagnosis and one month after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,PEDF and its receptors in the observation group were significantly decreased,while the levels of VEGF and its receptors,interleukin-1 beta,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-12 were significantly increased(P < 0.05). The levels of PEDF and VEGF in the observation group were significantly improved after one month of treatment(P < 0.05). The levels of PEDF,VEGF,IL-1beta,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-12 in peripheral blood of patients with acute uveitis were significantly correlated with those of patients with acute uveitis (correlation coefficients r were -0.398,0.402,0.347,0.305,0.347 and 0.312,respectively,P < 0.05). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between PEDF、VEGF and interleukin in peripheral blood with acute uveitis.
