强化护理管理对感染科护理人员标准预防行为依从性的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探究强化护理管理对感染科护理人员标准预防行为依从性的影响。方法将2016年3月—2017年3月该院感染科实行常规护理管理的58例患者划分为对照组,将2017年4月—2018年4月该院感染科实行强化护理管理的58例患者划分为观察组;对比2组的护理满意度及标准预防行为依从性。结果经对比结果可知,对照组与观察组护理满意度分别为79.31%及94.83%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经对比结果可知,对照组与观察组手部卫生、手套配套、防护用品使用及消毒隔离各项指标相比二者差异有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感染科实行强化护理管理的效果良好,能明显提高患者护理满意度增强护理人员标准预防行为的依从性,值得在临床领域中使用推广。Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing management on the compliance of standard preventive behavior of nurses in infectious department. Methods A total of 58 patients who underwent routine nursing management in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into the control group. And 58 patients who underwent intensive care management in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into observation group. The nursing satisfaction and compliance of standard preventive behavior were compared between the two groups. Results By comparing the results, the nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were 79.31% and 94.83%, respectively. The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). By comparing the results, the differences between the control group and the observation group in hand hygiene, glove matching, use of protective articles and disinfection and isolation were obvious, which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of strengthening nursing management in infectious department is good. It can obviously improve patients' nursing satisfaction and enhance nurses' compliance with standard preventive behavior. It is worth popularizing in clinical field.
