β-淀粉样蛋白1-42与颈部动脉粥样硬化及轻度认知障碍的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨β-淀粉样蛋白1-42与颈部动脉粥样硬化及轻度认知障碍的相关性。方法回顾性分析该院自2015年5月-2017年12月符合入选标准的颈部动脉粥样硬化患者128例,轻度认知障碍患者108例及健康体检的正常人100名的Aβ1-42检查结果输入数据库,统计对比临床数据的差异性。结果Aβ1-42在动脉粥样硬化患者中的表达(164.87±24.13)pg/mL较正常人(99.94±9.12)pg/mL增加(P<0.05),但与动脉粥样硬化程度无关(P>0.05)。Aβ1-42在轻度认知障碍患者中的表达(247.30±30.09)pg/mL较正常人(99.94±9.12)pg/mL增加(P<0.05),且在遗忘型轻度认知障碍中的表达(267.32±17.02)pg/mL较非遗忘型轻度认知障碍的表达(216.80±14.49)pg/mL更明显(P<0.05)。结论Aβ1-42与动脉粥样硬化相关,但不随着动脉粥样硬化程度加重而表达增加。Aβ1-42与轻度认知障碍相关,并在遗忘型轻度认知障碍中的表达更明显。Objective To investigate the correlation between amyloid β-protein 1-42 and cervical atherosclerosis and mild cognitive impairment. Methods Aβ1-42 examination results of 128 patients with cervical atherosclerosis, 108 patients with mild cognitive impairment and 100 healthy subjects admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and the differences in clinical data were statistically compared. Results The expression of Aβ 1-42 in atherosclerosis patients (164.87±24.13)pg/mL was higher than that (99.94±9.12)pg/mL in normal people (P<0.05), but the result was not related to the degree of atherosclerosis (P>0.05). The expression of Aβ 1-42 in patients with mild cognitive impairment (247.30±30.09)pg/mL was higher than that (99.94±9.12)pg/mL in normal people (P<0.05);and the expression in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (267.32±17.02)pg/mL was more significant than that in non-amnestic mild cognitive impairment (216.80±14.49)pg/mL(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Aβ1-42 is associated with atherosclerosis, but does not increase with increasing severity of atherosclerosis. The expression of Aβ1-42 is associated with mild cognitive impairment, and is more significant in amnestic mild cognitive impairment.
