摘　　要：目的探究等离子射频(RFC)技术辅助经口手术治疗口咽癌的临床效果。方法选取该院2013年12月-2015年12月期间诊治的口咽癌患者50例,对其采用RFC技术辅助经口手术治疗,术后对其进行随访,统计1~3年生存率、口咽功能以及术后并发症发生率。结果该组患者的1~3年生存率分别为94.00%、86.00%和72.00%,术后并发症发生率为58.00%;在口咽功能上,吞咽功能和言语功能2级、3级占比分别为74.00%,18.00%,76.00%,14.00%。结论RFC技术辅助经口手术在口咽癌治疗中具有很大的可行性,其能够保留患者的言语功能和吞咽功能,改善生存质量,在临床上值得退一步推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of plasma radio frequency (RFC) assisted transoral surgery in the treatment of oropharyngeal cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with oropharyngeal cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and treated with RFC assisted transoral surgery. The patients were followed up for 1-3 years survival rate, oropharyngeal function and postoperative complication rate were calculated. Results The 1- to 3-year survival rate in this group was 94.00%, 86.00% and 72.00%, respectively. The postoperative complication rate was 58.00%. In oropharyngeal function, the proportion of grade 2 and grade 3 of swallowing function and speech function was 74.00%,18.00%, 76.00%,14.00%, respectively. Conclusion RFC technology assisted transoral surgery is feasible in the treatment of oropharyngeal cancer, which can preserve the speech function and swallowing function of patients, improve the quality of life. It is worthy of further promotion in clinical.
