舒肝解郁胶囊联合中药浴足辅助治疗脑卒中患者睡眠障碍效果观察  

Effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot-bathing in Assisting Western Medicine on Sleep Quality and Neurological Function in Patients with Post-stroke Sleep Disorders

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合中药浴足辅助治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床价值。方法:选取94例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例;对照组给予右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊联合中药浴足;观察2组治疗效果,治疗前后患者睡眠质量、神经功能及心理状况变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(80.85%)(P<0.05);2组治疗前睡眠质量、神经功能、心理状况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、简式睡眠信念和态度量表(DBAS-16)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(SSS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分分别为(8.75±1.39)、(6.84±1.22)、(63.21±7.93)、(17.28±3.47)、(34.82±5.35)、(7.15±1.81)、(12.41±2.98)分,均优于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合中药浴足辅助治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,促进神经功能恢复,并能调节心理状态,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of shu gan jie yu capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot-bathing in assisting western medicine in the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorders. Methods: 94 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders admitted were randomly divided into control group (47 cases) and observation group (47 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine eszopiclone while the observation group was treated with shu gan jie yu capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot-bathing on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects and the changes of sleep quality,nerve function,psychological status were observed before and after treatment of two groups. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was 95.74%,compared with the control group (80.85%),significantly higher ( P <0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant difference in sleep quality,nerve function and psychological status between the two groups ( P >0.05),but they were improved after treatment. The Athens Insomnia scale (AIS),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),the dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes about sleep-16 (DBAS-16),the national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS),the scandinavian stroke scale (SSS),the hamilton depression scale (HAMD),the hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score of the observation group after treatment were compared with the control group at the same stage,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Shu gan jie yu capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot-bathing in assisting western medicine in treating post-stroke sleep disorder can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,promote the recovery of nerve function,and regulate the psychological condition,which is worthy of promotion.
