摘　　要：战略性新兴产业以科技创新为基础,将新兴产业与新型技术密切结合,有着良好的市场发展前景。战略性新兴产业的区域定位与选择直接关系着产业的发展,决定着产业的发展方向。然而,产业由于自身的局限性,需要依赖国家的财政政策,才能得以顺利实施。立足战略性新兴产业的区域定位与选择,提出区域选择的指标体系,并从财政政策适应性的视角切入,找出其在政策适应下发展的基础,以推动我国战略性新兴产业的发展。Strategic emerging industries are based on scientific and technological innovation.Its integration with new technologies has good market prospects.Its regional positioning and selection are directly related to the development of the industry and determine the direction of industrial development.However,due to limitations on its own,its smooth implementation relies heavily on the country’s fiscal policy.This paper proposes an index system for regional selection,and proposes the basis for its development under policy adaptation from the perspective of fiscal policy adaptability,so that the development of China’s strategic emerging industries could be promoted.
