摘　　要：目的探讨经导管动脉化疗栓塞术对原发性肝癌外周循环肿瘤细胞及血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2018年9月我院收治的200例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予经导管动脉化疗栓塞术治疗。比较两组治疗前后的外周循环肿瘤细胞阳性率、外周循环肿瘤细胞数量、血管内皮生长因子水平。结果治疗前,两组的外周循环肿瘤细胞阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的外周循环肿瘤细胞阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的外周循环肿瘤细胞数量及血管内皮生长因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的外周循环肿瘤细胞数量及血管内皮生长因子水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经导管动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌具有较高的临床价值,能减少外周循环肿瘤细胞数目同时降低血管内皮生长因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on peripheral circulating tumor cells and vascular endothelial growth factor in primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.The positive rate of peripheral circulating tumor cells,the number of peripheral circulating tumor cells and the level of vascular endothelial growth factor were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the positive rate of peripheral circulation tumor cells between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of peripheral circulation tumor cells in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in the number of peripheral circulation tumor cells and the level of vascular endothelial growth factor between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the number of peripheral circulation tumor cells and the level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization is of high clinical value in the treatment of primary liver cancer,which can reduce the number of peripheral circulation tumor cells and the level of vascular endothelial growth factor.
