多乐氟预防青少年恒牙继发龋的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究多乐氟用于预防青少年恒牙充填后继发龋的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月~2016年9月于深圳市儿童医院口腔门诊就诊的双侧下颌第一恒磨牙患龋病例203例,随机纳入一侧下颌第一恒磨牙为实验组,另一侧为对照组,充填治疗后3、6、12、24个月定期复查,实验组病患牙充填后及每次复查均涂布多乐氟,对照组给予口腔健康教育,记录两组病例充填后继发龋的发生情况。结果两组病例充填治疗后3、6个月的继发龋发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组充填治疗后12、24个月的继发龋发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定期涂布多乐氟能有效预防青少年恒牙继发龋,降低充填后继发龋的发生率。Objective To study the clinical effect of Duraphat in preventing secondary caries in permanent teeth of adolescents after filling treatment.Methods All of 203 cases of bilateral permanent mandibular first molars with caries treated in the Dental clinic of Shenzhen Children's Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected.One side mandibular first molars were randomly selected as the experimental group while the other side as the control group.The teeth of experimental group were applied with Duraphat after filling treatment and regular reviews after 3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months,while the teeth of control group were given oral hygiene education.The occurrence of secondary caries after filling treatment was recorded in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of secondary caries between the two groups after 3 and 6 months (P>0.05).The incidence of secondary caries in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after 12 and 24 months,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Regular application of Duraphat can effectively prevent secondary caries in adolescents and reduce the incidence of secondary caries after filling treatment.
