摘　　要：公路行业肩负着公路工程的施工建设与运营维护,公路文化的建设是推进社会建设发展的主要动力之一,促进和谐社会建设的光荣使命,而公路文化是公路行业的灵魂,是公路行业管理发展的助力,加强公路行业文明的创建工作,深化公路行业的管理要求,是促进公路行业文明的基础要求。Highway industry shoulders the construction, operation and maintenance of highway engineering. The construction of highway culture is one of the main motives to promote the development of social construction and the glorious mission to promote the construction of a harmonious society. Highway culture is the soul of the highway industry and the driving force for the management development of the highway industry. Strengthening the construction of highway industry civilization and deepening the management requirements of highway industry are the basic requirements for promoting the highway industry civilization.
