摘 要:媒体融合背景下,印刷媒体相关的高等教育发展存在诸多问题,比如传统印刷媒体技术固化,内容表现形态单一、内容时效性差、创新效果不明显等。为解决以上问题,印刷媒体相关的高等教育———印刷工程专业教育必须明确新形势下专业培养定位,围绕媒体融合发展需求调整培养方案,改革教学方法与内容。文章以印刷工程专业为例,分析了媒体融合背景下印刷工程专业人才能力培养与教学策略面临的挑战与机遇。研究表明,只有积极接受挑战、抓住机遇,革新专业培养策略,才能跟上全媒体发展、媒体融合的时代要求,才能提高印刷工程专业学生综合素质和研究创新能力。Under the background of media integration, there are many problems in the development of higher education related to printing media, such as the solidification of traditional printing media technology, the single content expression, the timeliness of content, and the ineffective innovation effect. In order to solve the above problems, the printing media-related higher education-printing engineering professional education must clarify the professional training orientation under the new situation, adjust the training program around the media integration development needs, and reform the teaching methods and contents. Taking the printing engineering profession as an example, this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by the talents training and teaching strategies of printing engineering professionals under the background of media integration. Studies have shown that only by actively accepting challenges, seizing opportunities, and innovating professional training strategies can we keep up with the requirements of the era of all-media development and media integration, and improve the comprehensive quality and research and innovation capabilities of printing engineering students.
