摘　　要：本文从隐私权的相关理论概念入手,进而探讨公众人物隐私权与新闻自由、公众知情权、舆论监督权的关系,最终提出对公众人物隐私权法律保护的建议,以期待推动我国对公众人物隐私权法律保护的发展与完善。Starting from the relevant theoretical concepts of the right to privacy, this paper further dis. cusses the relationship between the right to privacy of public figures and freedom of the press, the right to know of the public and the right to supervise by public opinion, and finally puts forward suggestions on the legal protection of the right to privacy of public figures.
