茵栀黄颗粒治疗肿瘤化疗后肝损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察茵栀黄颗粒治疗肿瘤化疗后肝损伤的疗效及不良反应。方法 化疗后出现Ⅱ度以上肝损伤的肿瘤患者65例,随机分为茵栀黄颗粒组34例与还原型谷胱甘肽组31例,观察两组治疗前后转氨酶及胆红素,并比较疗效。结果 茵栀黄颗粒组和还原型谷胱甘肽组在降低转氨酶有效率分别为96.6%和96.4%,两组无显著性差异;在降低胆红素方面茵栀黄颗粒组有效率为93.7%,明显优于还原型谷胱甘肽组(60%),P<0.05。对照组显效率为45.2%,总效率为83.9%;治疗组显效率为52.9%,总效率为94.1%,远高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组无效率为16.1%,远高于治疗组的5.9%,二者差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论 茵栀黄颗粒用于治疗肿瘤化疗后肝损伤安全有效,尤其适用于胆红素较高者。Objective To observe the efficacy of Yinzhihuang granula for tumor patients with impairment of liver function after chemotherapy. Methods 65 cancer patients with liver dysfunction after chemotherapy were radomized into two groups.Therapeutic group was treated by Yinzhihuang granula and control groups was treated by reduced glutathione. Results The recovery rates of therapeutic group and control group was 96.6 % and 96.4 % in decrease of ALT and AST,which was no significance difference in two groups.But the recovery rates of therapeutic was higher than control group significantly in decrease of high-jaundice, P < 0.05.The total efficiency was 83.9 %.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.1 %.The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05).The inefficiencies of the control group were 16.1 %,much higher than that of the treatment group (5.9 %),and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05).There was no obvious side effects observed during therapy. Conclusion Yinzhihuan granula obviously curative effective and safety in impairment of liver function after chemotherapy.
