摘  要:以固体酸SO4^2-/TiO2作催化剂,不加有毒带水剂,利用过量正庚醇与水共沸,高温回流直接制备长链泥泊金正庚酯,反应时间短,后处理简单,是绿色环保的制备方法。并通过正交实验确定了最优合成条件:对羟基苯甲酸与正庚醇的摩尔比为1∶1.2,反应温度160℃,反应时间3h,催化剂用量为对羟基苯甲酸的10%,产率可达92%以上。The solid acid SO4^2-/TiO2 was used as catalyst. Without toxic water-carrying agent, the long-chain n-Heptyl 4-hydroxybenzoate was directly prepared by excess n-heptanol azeotroped with water and high-temperature reflux. The reaction time was short and the post-treatment was simple, and it is a green preparation method. The optimal synthesis conditions have been determined by orthogonal experiment, the molar ratio of p-hydroxybenzoic acid to n-heptanol was 1∶1.2, the reaction temperature was 160℃, the reaction time was 3 h, and the amount of catalyst was 10% of p-hydroxybenzoic acid. The yield of products can reach more than 92%.
