摘  要:为了解决油田边缘零散区块开发过程中面临的含油污水处理及去向问题,进行了可移动搬迁的橇装化微生物处理技术研究。首先确定了目标水质具有较高的可生化性,并通过室内筛选得到了具有针对性的降解能力较强的破乳菌和降解菌,然后进行了微生物橇装处理装置结构设计。油田采出水微生物处理现场试验结果表明:采用微生物预处理装置+微生物处理装置工艺,处理后水质可达到"含油量≤10mg/L、悬浮固体含量≤15mg/L"的滤前控制指标;应用微生物处理技术可以有效除硫,去除率可达到96%,为后续颗粒滤料过滤及精细处理奠定了基础。To solve the problem faced in the process of oilfield edge scattered block development, namely the treatment and direction of oily waste water,the removable skid-mounted microbial treatment technology is studied. First,it is determined that the target water quality has high biological avail- ability,and the lactobacillus and degradation bacteria with strong degradation ability are screened in laboratory. Then the structure design of microorganism skid-mounted processing device is carried out. The results of oilfield produced water microorganism treatment field test show that after adopting the process of microorganism pretreatment device and microorganism treatment device, the treated water quality can be up to the pre-filtration control index,namely the oil content is not more than 10 mg/L and the suspended solid content is not more than 15 mg/L. Meanwhile,the biological treatment technology is effective in desulphuration,with a removal rate of 96%,which lays a foundation for further filtration of particle filter material filtration and fine processing.
