摘  要:介绍了一种充电铅酸蓄电池在线检测仪的软硬件设计及测试结果。该检测仪以蓄电池的内阻和电压为目标参数,利用恒流源激励蓄电池,根据待测蓄电池产生的反馈电流与激励恒流源信号的相位差来计算得到蓄电池的内阻,最终将计算结果通过LCD屏实时显示。实验结果表明:文中设计的铅酸蓄电池在线检测仪具有测量精度高、稳定性好、抗噪性强以及实时性好等特点,可以有效的实现对蓄电池内阻以及电压的检测。This paper introduces the hardware and software design and test results of a charged lead acid battery on line de tector.The detector uses the internal resistance and voltage of the battery as the target parameters,uses a constant current source to excite the battery,and calculates the internal resistance of the battery according to the phase difference between the feedback current generated by the battery to be measured and the constant current source signal to be excited,and finally calculates the re sult,which real time displays through the LCD screen.The experimental results show that the lead acid battery on line detector designed in this paper has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,good stability,strong noise immunity and good real time performance,and can effectively detect the internal resistance of the battery and the voltage.
