摘 要:针对传统油水分离技术存在检测精度低、过程繁琐等问题,设计了一种基于新型电容传感器的油水液面检测系统。该系统以STM32和CPLD为开发平台,硬件部分设计了激励信号源电路、微小电容检测电路、相敏解调电路等。通过利用新型分段式电容传感器检测油水界面时传感器中电容的变化量来拟定油水液位高度和电压的线性曲线,最后计算出油水液位的高度。实际实验结果表明,该系统具有测量精度高,误差小于3mm,稳定性好等优点。Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy and tedious process of traditional oil and water separation tech nology,an oil water level detection system based on new capacitance sensor was designed.The system used STM32 and CPLD as the development platform,and the hardware part designed the excitation signal source circuit,the micro capacitance detection cir cuit,the phase sensitive demodulation circuit and so on.By using new sectional capacitance sensor detection capacitance variation of the oil water interface sensors,water level height and the voltage of the linear curve were drawn up ,finally the height of the oil and water level was calculated.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of high measuring precision,less than 3mm error,good stability and so on.
