摘  要:流程工业在经济发展中占有重要地位,其多级供应链显示的混杂系统特性为库存控制带来难度.以3级多产品供应链为例,在推Push、拉Pull、定量在制品CONWIP法库存控制的基础上,提出改进、混合库存控制策略,分别以6种策略运行供应链,以客户满意度最大化为目标函数对库存控制参数进行优化,计算最优决策变量下的客户满意度、超量库存、延迟交货和总成本4种性能指标,并进行对比.仿真结果表明:仓库采用理想Push策略,分销商和零售商采用Pull策略的混合控制策略可以在降低总成本的同时达到最佳的客户满意度,是混杂供应链最合理的库存控制策略.Process industry plays an important role in economic development.The hybrid characteristics shown by the multi-echelon supply chain of process industry make it difficult to control inventory.Multi-product three-echelon supply chain model was established as an example.On the basis of Push,Pull,and CONstant-Work-In-Process (CONWIP) strategies,the improvement and hybrid strategy were proposed and employed in inventory control respectively.The maximum customer satisfaction was used as the objective function during the optimization of inventory control parameters.The customer satisfaction,excess inventory,delayed delivery and total cost under the optimal decision variables are calculated. The simulation results show that the optimal inventory control strategy for hybrid supply chain is the ideal Push strategy for warehouse and the hybrid control strategy for distributors and retailers which can reduce the total cost and achieve the best customer satisfaction.
