摘 要:针对装甲车辆起动电动机发生早期故障时的不可预知性,加上现有的维修方式大多是定期保养维护,使得起动机的早期故障得不到有效检测,进而引发更深层次的故障。从电机振动信号的非平稳非线性特点出发,对比分析了当前时频分析技术的优缺点;选用了基于HHT变换的时频分析方法对振动信号这个随机信号来提取特征向量,并提出了改进型的HHT变换理论,对模态混叠和虚假分量的问题加以消除和验证;最后,将改进型的HHT变换方法应用到实物验证。结果表明,能够有效地提取到电机不同状态下的具有紧凑性、代表性和广泛性的特征向量。In view of the unpredictability of early failure of armored vehicle starting motors and the fact that most existing maintenance methods are routinely maintenance and service,early failure of the starter can not be detected effectively,which leads to further faults.First of all,based on the non-stationary nonlinear characteristics of the motor vibration signals,the advantages and disadvantages of the current time-frequency analysis techniques are compared and analyzed.Secondly,the time-frequency analysis method based on HHT transform is used to extract the feature vector from the random signal of vibration signal,and the improved HHT transform theory is proposed to eliminate and verify the modal aliasing and false components.Finally,the improved HHT transform method is applied to physical verification.The results show that the feature vector with compactness,representativeness and universality can be efficiently extracted under different states of the motor.
