摘　　要：在职业道德的建设中,如果没有中华民族传统文化的支持,就如无本之木,无源之水,职工也有可能就无所作为。因此,我们提倡从对民间传统文化中的职业道德的认知和运用中,看清世界,参透生活,认识自己,在同历史民间文化的对话中,更好地认识过去,把握当前,面对未来。The construction of professional ethics would amount to nothing or even get derailed if it did not seek support from and refused to carry forward or develop Chinese traditional folk culture.Without the latter,the former is like water without a source or trees without roots.Therefore,it is advocated that we should first perceive and apply Chinese traditional folk culture,and then recognize the world,see through life,and know ourselves;we should first explore Chinese traditional folk culture,and then improve our understanding of the past,grasp the present and face the future.
