互联网跨界经营的经济租金形成机制分析

摘　　要：具有互联网时代特点的非消耗性资源与传统企业资源的融合为互联网跨界经营创造了条件,顾客信息资源的深度利用、研发过程的不断开放和生产组织的结构优化成为互联网跨界经营的核心特征。结合经济租金理论经典分析框架重点针对经济租金形成机制进行分析,从经济租金视角解释互联网跨界经营的实质与构成原理。根据互联网跨界经营对企业经营环境与企业本身所造成的影响,分析互联网跨界经营的复合型经济租金的构成,并在此基础上总结了企业通过自身所掌握的顾客资源所形成的利用顾客资源、研发和生产的三重递增循环实现获取经济租金的机制。在此基础上以小米为例分析了在现实中互联网跨界企业如何获取经济租金。The integration of non-expendable resources and traditional enterprise resources with the characteris tics of the Internet era has created conditions for Internet transboundary operation.The in-depth utilization of customer information resources,the continuous opening of the research and development process,and the struc tural optimization of the production organization have become core features of Internet transboundary operation.Based on the classical analysis framework of economic rent theory,this article analyzes the formation mecha nism of economic rent and explains the essence and composition principle of Internet transboundary operation from the perspective of economic rent.According to the impact of Internet transboundary operation on enter prise operating environment and the enterprise itself,this article will analyze the composition of the compound economic rent for Internet transboundary operation,and on this basis summarize the mechanism of obtaining economic rent realized by triple increment cycle“ utilization of customer resources,research and development,and production”and formed by the enterprise through its own grasp of customer resources.On this basis,this ar ticle,taking MI as an example,analyzes how dose an Internet transboundary enterprise obtain economic rent in the real world.
