摘  要:教师认证考试的法制化直接给培养师范生的专门师范院校与各专业(学科)的师范生形成了招生生源与学生就业的竞争性、任教学科专业设置应对的必要性、学生执教能力与其专业学习的关联性等方面的挑战。教师资格认证考试制度的改革,为具有培养专业教师的职业能力、执业能力、学生管理能力、学科整合能力、教育教学技术研发能力、校园文化创新能力与德育能力等方面比较性专业优势的师范教育促成专业设置优化、教育教学技术创新、学校与学生管理创新、教师资格认证专业培训、教师队伍职后教育等提供了发展机遇。The legalization of teacher qualification certification examination directly challenges the normal colleges and majors in terms of the competitiveness between the source of enrollment and the employment of students, the necessity of setting up teaching subjects and the relationship between students' teaching ability and their professional learning. The reform of teacher qualification certification examination system promotes the optimization of specialty settings, the innovation of educational teaching technology as well as school and student management for normal education with comparative professional advantages in training professional teachers' vocational ability, practicing ability, student management ability, subject-integration ability, research and development ability of educational teaching technology, campus cultural innovation and moral education abilities, and provides opportunities for professional training of teacher qualification and post-service education.
