摘  要:中职公共选修课程作为提升学生核心素养、促进学生个性化发展的课程类群,存在公共选修课程供给与需求不匹配、学生个性化学习需求得不到应有关照以及公共选修课程吸引力不足等问题,需要适应学生个性需求,从单向提供课程内容转向师生协商定制课程,从系统学科体系构建转向课例研发+模块组合,从班级授课制转向分类组班小组学习制,从教师课堂讲授转向学生自主活动习得,从单一笔试考核转向多元学习评价,从各校重复建设转向区域共建共享。Public elective courses in secondary vocational schools, as a group of courses to enhance students' core literacy and promote their personalized development, have some problems such as the mismatch between the supply and demand of public elective courses, the lack of proper care for students' personalized learning needs, and the absence of attractiveness of public elective courses. It is necessary to adapt to students' individual needs, changing from one-way provision of course content to the negotiation of customized courses between teachers and students, from the construction of systematical discipline system to the development of lessons plus module combination, from the class teaching system to the mobile learning system of classified groups, from the teacher's classroom teaching to the students' autonomous activity acquisition, from the single written examination to the multi -learning evaluation and from the repeated construction of schools to the regional co-construction and sharing.
