摘 要:让每个孩子享受公平、有质量的教育是新时期我国教育事业发展的基本价值取向。城市化、工业化与信息化的时代变革对社会与教育的发展与变革提出适应性要求。在这一时代背景下,农村社会与农村教育的发展路向、变革取向成为亟待理论研究与实践反思的重要议题。乡村振兴战略为乡村社会发展带来了契机,也对乡村教育改革提出了在地化的变革要求。在地化教育诉诸于和谐的理念在场与有效的地域教育行动,在地化改革致力于实现公平、有质量的教育价值,以在地的世界观观评农村教育世界的在地性,是引导、监督、激励农村教育发展与改革的评估路径。In the new era, it is the basic value orientation for the development of educational cause in China to let every child enjoy fair and high-quality education. Changes of the times in urbanization, industrialization and informatization have put forward adaptive requirements for the development and transformation of society and education. In this context, the development direction and reform orientation of education in rural society and rural areas have become an important issue that urgently needs theoretical research and practical reflection.The strategy of rural revitalization not only brings opportunities for the development of rural society, but also puts forward the requirements for the indigenous reform of rural education. It is an evaluation path to guide, supervise and encourage the development and reform of education in rural areas for the indigenized education to resort to the presence of harmonious ideas and effective regional educational action, for the indigenized reform to be committed to achieving fair and quality educational value, and to evaluate the localization of educational world from the perspective of local world view.
