摘　　要：国内许多钢铁企业积极引入并应用先进的信息系统,以此使得管理质量和效率得到大幅提升。本文对宁钢信息化(ERP)建设简单分析,从宁钢信息化建设的历程及必要性等进行浅析。本文采用了理论分析和实践应用相结合的研究方法,以用户需求为导向,对宁钢的信息化建设的可操作性、严谨合理的适用性的ERP系统进行浅析,以期在提高宁钢管理质量和效率的基础上为其ERP系统的后续实施乃至全钢铁行业引入并应用ERP提供有益指导。Many domestic iron and steel enterprises tictively introduce and apply advanced information systems, which gieatly improves the quality and efficiency of management. In this paper, Ningbo Iron and Steel Informatization ( ERP) construction is briefly analyzed, from the Ningbo Iron and Steel Informatization construction process and necessity are analyzed. In this paper, a research method combining theoretical analysis with practical application is used to analyze the operability, rigorous and reasonable applicability of ERP system for Ningbo Iron and Steel Company "s informatization construction, guided by users needs, in order to provide useful guidance for the follow - up implementation of ERP system and the introduction and application of ERP in the whole steel industry on the basis of improving the management quality and efficiency of Ningbo Steel.
