坚持“以本为本”推进“四个回归” 培养新时代德法兼修法治人才——基于甘肃政法学院的探索

摘　　要：习总书记在全国教育工作大会上讲话中的核心,集中在教育是培养德才兼备的社会主义接班人的问题上。教学工作应以培养"四有"好教师为抓手,以培养"德智体美劳"全面发展的学生为目标,坚持"以本为本",推进"四个回归"。要抓好师资队伍的师德师风建设,培养德才兼备的"君子式"教师,提升教师教学能力、科研水平、学科建设能力,树立教师主动服务学生的意识,形成教师与学生的互动机制,建立科学、合理的评教制度。The key points of General Secretary Xi’ s speech at the National Education Work Conference focused on the issue of education as a socialist successor with both ability and political integrity.The teaching work should focus on cultivating the "four-haves" good teachers,who have revolutionary ideals,sound morals,good education and a strong sense of discipline,aiming at cultivating students with " all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical",adhere to "taking undergraduate law majors as the principle" and promote the"four returns".It is necessary to do a good job in the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics,and to cultivate "gentleman-style" teachers with both specialty and political integrity,to improve the teaching ability of teachers,to grasp the scientific research level of teachers,to improve the ability of discipline construction,and to grasp the awareness of teachers actively serving students.Form an interactive mechanism between teachers and students,and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.
