摘  要:为了回应国家、社会和行业对复合型法治人才日益增长的需求,华东政法大学于2017年启动了书院制教育改革。在全人教育理念的引领下,华政确立了四大改革要素,包括以实体化书院为基础的全过程书院教育体系、以通识课程为核心的博雅教育体系、打造四度空间的书院社区、构建以良好师生互动为前提的导师制,从而实现全过程、全方位、全员育人,夯实对学生的宽口径培养。In order to respond to the country, society and industry' s common increasing need of compound type of law talents, the East China University of Political Science and Law initiated an academy system reform in 2017. Under the guidance of the idea of holistic education,the university has carried out the following four elements in the reform: 1 ) forming a wholeprocess academy system with the foundation of the hypostatization of the academy;2) forming a liberal arts education system with the core of general courses;3 ) forming an academy community with four-dimension spaces;4) constructing a tutoring system with the premise of good interaction between tutors and students. In this approach, a whole-process, full-scale, and allmember participating education can be achieved, and students' wide-scope cultivation can be firmly established.
