摘  要:法律硕士教育质量关乎国家卓越法律人才培养和依法治国战略的实施。本文选取环渤海六省市区43个法律硕士授权点为研究对象,研究发现大部分院校法律硕士教育存在着起步晚、评估任务重、培养经验不足等影响法律硕士人才培养质量的深层次问题。因此,立足于地区经济和社会发展的实际,坚持"德法兼修"的育人原则,本着从治疗法学向预防法学的改革方向,注重培养学生的法律思维和法律方法,凝练专业方向,发挥教学实践基地和实务导师的优势,加强学生实践能力的培养,把好应用型学位论文的质量关,是保证法律硕士研究生培养质量的关键。The quality of the Juris Master has an important influence on the training of excellent legal talent cultivation and the implementation of the strategy of rule of law. The author selected 43 universities authorized by the Juris Master in the six provinces of Bohai Rim as research subjects. The author finds that there are a series of profound problems in the education of law students in many colleges and universities, such as: late start, heavy evaluation tasks, lack of training experience and so on. These problems have had a serious impact on the cultivation of the Juris Master graduates. Therefore, the author believes that legal education should be based on the reality of regional economic and social development, adhere to the principle of promoting both virtue and law. Taking the changing direction of from treatment-orientation of law to prevention-orientation of law, domestic legal education should focus on a good variety of measures to guarantee the cultivation quality of Juris Master education, such as, cultivating students' legal thinking and legal research method, positioning their major direction, exerting the advantages of teaching practice base and practice tutors, strengthening the cultivation of graduates ' practice capability and paying special attention to the quality of applied-type Juris Master.
